Heath Deed Filings Show Wide Price Gaps and Sparse Disclosure
Ten property transfers were recorded in Heath between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $8,000 to $67,900 with a median of $34,800. The period's top disclosed sale was 54 Papoose Lake Drive at $67,900, sold by David and Kelly Belden to Catherine M. Perreault. The remaining transfers included family and trust transfers, two utility company acquisitions, and two deals involving financial institutions, none of which disclosed a price. With most transfers lacking price data or involving related parties, the available figures offer only a partial picture of Heath's market during this period.
