Heath recorded 11 real estate transfers in October 2026, but only two carried a listed sale price: $83,874 for 141 Sumner Stetson Road and $220,000 for 92 Burrington Road, the month's top sale, bought by Greenfield Cooperative Bank. Six properties, including those on Papoose Lake Drive, Chippewa Drive, Navaho Lane, Taylor Brook Road and Mohawk Beach Drive, were transferred to Heath Town Taxes on Oct. 14, and several other transfers, including one from the Heath Town Treasurer, had no recorded price. With just two priced transactions, there is not enough data to establish a median or a clear market tone for the month.
