Heath Records Seven Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Await Registry Data

Seven properties in Heath changed hands between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but only one deed carries a recorded sale price so far: $26,000, for a property sold Sept. 25 by Dawn E. Purcell to Chris W. and Ellen R. Conrad. That single price currently sets both the range and the median. The other six transfers, including ones involving Greenfield Savings Bank, Capital One NA, the Heath Town Treasurer and Massachusetts Electric Co., have no price on record yet. Registry price data typically posts within about a week of recording, so a fuller picture of the month's market should become available soon.
