Heath Records Six Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Heath's Franklin County Registry recorded six property transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: $20,000 for 114 Branch Hill Road and $8,000 for 30 West Brook Drive, producing a median of $14,000 among priced sales. The Branch Hill Road deed transferred between parties sharing the Clark surname. Two other deeds, for 99 Shawnee Drive and 90 Avery Brook Road, named Massachusetts Electric Co. as buyer, suggesting utility-related transactions rather than typical home sales. With four of six deeds omitting a sale price, the data offers limited insight into Heath's overall price trends this period.
